Fall & Spring Golf Club registration is CLOSED for the 2023-2024 school year. 

Co-ed Golf is a club offered during the Fall and Spring at AMS and runs from September 26 through October 19, 2023 for the fall and April 23 to May 23, 2024 for the Spring. 

Clubs do not require a current sports physical on file. Please be sure to complete all your other FinalForms documents and pay the $10 AMS Club Fee HERE. 

Required gear: Laced shoes - Please do not wear crocs, sandals or any other shoe that does not have laces. 

SPRING

AMS 23/24 SPRING Golf Club Schedule - Monthly View

When: April 23 - May 23 @ 3:15-4:15pm (see attached monthly view of schedule)
We had quite a lot of interest in Golf this season and to make sure every athlete gets a good amount of practice time in, we will be breaking the practice days up by grade level. Thank you for your understanding! 

6th Graders - Tuesdays 
7th & 8th Graders - Thursdays

Where: Swinomish Golf Links - 12518 Christianson Rd., Anacortes, WA 98221

Drop Off & Pickup
Parents are welcome to drop their athletes off at the Golf Links for practice or they can take one of the AMS buses (Route 10). The bus will drop athletes off at the entrance to the Golf Links parking lot where they will be met by an adult. Please let us know your drop off plans by completing this short Google Form HERE. Parents will need to pick up their athletes from practice at 4:15pm. Please be on time and check in with the coach when picking up. 

Volunteers
We do not need additional volunteers this season. 

Equipment
If your athlete has their own clubs, they are absolutely welcome to bring them for practice. The Swinomish Golf Links is not able to store any equipment for us and the buses cannot accommodate golf clubs, so if your student is bringing their own, they will need to have an adult drop them off at practice each week. Swinomish Golf Links has also been generous enough to donate clubs to AMS, so if your athlete does not have their own, we will have some on hand for them to use. 
Laced shoes are a requirement for practice. Please do not wear crocs, sandals or any other shoe that does not have laces. 

Safety
There will be a safety and behavior expectations briefing for all students during the first 15 minutes of the first practice. Please be sure your athlete is there and on time so they can hear all of this necessary information.
