Boys' Basketball registration is CLOSED for the 2023-2024 School Year.

Boys' Basketball is offered during Season 2 and runs from October 16 through November 29, 2023. Registration closes on October 25.

Athletes should have all their "paperwork" completed through Final Forms prior to the first practice. Also, a current sports physical is required to participate.

Please see the tryout schedule below. Athletes should plan to attend all 3 days. There are no cuts; tryouts are just for placing athletes on specific teams.

Tryouts: Wednesday, October 18th - 7th Grade: 3:30-4:30pm / 8th Grade 4:30-5:30pm
Thursday, October 19th - 7th Grade: 3:00-4:00pm / 8th Grade 4:00-5:00pm
Friday, October 20th - 7th Grade: 3:00-4:00pm / 8th Grade 4:00-5:00pm

8th graders are welcome to stay IN THE GYM to watch the 7th-grade tryouts or leave the school and return at the tryout times listed above. AMS does not have supervision after school for athletes to wait in any other part of the building so please plan accordingly.
